MagiPack is built on a simple principle: your personal information belongs to you. We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service, protect it with appropriate safeguards, never sell it, and delete it once it has served its purpose.

- Photographs. Images you upload to the Service, retained only for the duration required to process your request.
- Account information. Your email address and display name, used for sign-in, account recovery, and viewing your history.
- Usage diagnostics. Anonymised technical data such as render counts, error codes, and device type, used to maintain the stability of the Service.
- Transaction records. Records of credit purchases, retained as required by applicable financial reporting law.
What We Do Not Do
We do not, and will not:
- Sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party;
- Integrate advertising networks, data brokers, or behavioural analytics platforms;
- Perform facial recognition or identity profiling on your uploaded images;
- Use your photographs to train or fine-tune our models without your explicit opt-in consent.
How We Handle Images
All uploads are transmitted to our processing environment over an encrypted connection. Once your generation request is complete, the original image is deleted from our servers within twenty-four hours.
The final generated output is stored in your private account history for as long as your account remains active. Only you, and authorised engineers acting on an explicit support request, may access these files.
Security Measures
We apply the following technical and organisational safeguards:
- In transit: all traffic between your device and MagiPack is protected by TLS encryption;
- At rest: stored data is encrypted using AES-256;
- Access control: production systems require multi-factor authentication and role-based authorisation;
- Audit: privileged operations are logged and reviewed regularly.
No system can be guaranteed as completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Deletion: request that we delete your account and associated personal information;
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- Withdrawal: opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Data Retention
We retain the data we collect only for as long as required for the purposes set out in this Policy:
- Uploaded photographs: up to twenty-four hours after processing completes;
- Account profile: for the duration your account remains active, then permanently deleted shortly after closure;
- Transaction records: retained for seven years to comply with financial reporting obligations;
- Aggregate analytics: retained indefinitely, but only in anonymised form.
Children's Privacy
MagiPack is not intended for use by children under the age of thirteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in this age group.
If we discover that an account has been created by a child under thirteen, we will delete that account and any associated data without prior notice. Parents and guardians who believe their child has registered an account may contact us at the address below.
International Transfers
To deliver the Service globally, your data may be processed in jurisdictions other than the one in which you reside. Wherever your data is processed, the safeguards described in this Policy and any required transfer instruments apply.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated within the application before they take effect, giving you a meaningful opportunity to review them.
